The breakfast had good choice of food, including outstanding oatmeal and cookies. I had generous sized and bright room with comfy bed.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were very rude.

The room was a nice size and well-equipped, large bathroom. The location in a very relaxing area was strategic. Even the Batu Berendam airport was not so far, 15 minutes drive away.

Facilities were good, nevertheless Wi-Fi was kind of slow.

Location - ideal, really close to sightseeing and shopping, close to a lot of restaurants and Hatten shopping area. Also, in the mall. Variety of food available in the lounge area. Easy check in and late check out. The pool was clean, comfortable to sit around.

As a larger group of friends, we loved the spacious rooms, connecting suite and twin rooms, and the amazing view. The hotel's cleanliness, beauty, and pleasant atmosphere were also a plus. The Makan Kitchen offered a wide variety of delicious foods, including options for our babies. The infinity pool and Kids Club provided great entertainment for everyone. it's a family-friendly hotel with excellent service.

The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, the hotel was popular and clean. The stuff was respectful and excellant, everything was very good. I appreciated a twin room with twin beds. The food was outstanding for breakfast. The location turned out to be excellent, close to an abounded mall and another restaurant and Jonker Street and Hatten shopping area. I had coffee at Jom Coffee Restaurant, located within 5 minutes walk.
